The King of Howard Street
Presented by Annex Theater
The Annex Theater closes out their 2016-2017 season with The King of Howard Street, directed by Roz Cauthen. The King of Howard Street is an ensemble-based, new theater piece written by company member Ren Pepitone and adapted from the biographical writings of Anthony Williams. Startlingly beautiful, poetic, and achingly real - the play is derived from the true-life experiences of Wlliams and others currently living within the homeless populations of downtown Baltimore's Howard Street.
