About The Event
Welcome ETHIOCOLOR to Baltimore at Le Mondo this Friday, September 8! Drawing deeply from the bardic well of Ethiopia’s diverse heritage, Ethiocolor's performances erupt with energetic, free-spirited music and electrifying dance moves. This 9-member ensemble is led by Melaku Belay, a central figure in the Ethiopian arts scene. Belay is a dancer, choreographer, and cultural advocate whose Fendika Cultural Center has become a beloved international hub in Addis Ababa.

Opening for Ethiocolor are The Courtland Experience (C.E.X.) from Washington D.C. The trio is a high energy rock band that brings their own brand of electric energy and unexpected genre blending to the night!
