About The Event

A new monthly Sunday afternoon music series at Le Mondo! Each session, David Carlton Adams creates a variety of musical experiences alongside a slate of guest musicians.

ZBRI Dance Ensemble teams up with David Carlton Adams for a night of live music and dance. Their story explores themes of positive and negative energies while navigating fractals of social change.

Kaleidoscope is an abstract story exploring how both positive and negative energies ripple through a community, and the ways we can rely on each other to create waves/fractals of social change. Audience participation is welcome  for the opening and closing numbers. The show is family friendly and created by David Carlton Adams and Zoë Brielle Payne.

Sundays: February 22, March 29, May 3

David Carlton Adams

@davidcarltonadams | davidcarltonadams.com

David Carlton Adams is a composer, performer, teacher, and organizer trying to help make the world a little healthier and a little more whole. He is in his last year of doctoral studies at the Peabody Institute at Johns Hopkins University. His work spans contemporary chamber music, microtonality, and electronics, often blurring boundaries between composed and improvised, acoustic and electronic, rock and avant-garde. He is a co-founder of the New Uncertainty Collective and of the experimental group SALLT. When he’s not working his butt off or spending quality time with his family, he can be found at the gym, in the mountains, or overindulging ever so slightly in coffee or pizza, depending on the hour and day.
