Noah Mitchel & Friends
Yiddish and other Ashkenazi Jewish songs of the sacred, secular, and somewhere in between. Featuring special guest folk musicians, and Klezmer tunes from members of The Baltimorim.
Noah Mitchel is a Baltimore-based theater performer and vocalist. He sings in Yiddish and other languages, and performed at the 2024 Maryland Folk Festival. Noah was a master artist for the Maryland State Arts Council's Folklife Apprenticeship, and a Freed Fellow at KlezKanada. He teaches workshops, gives one-on-one coaching, and hosts open mics, cabarets, and programs. He studied Yiddish at the YIVO Institute for Jewish Research.
