About The Event
Join us for MAHJONG CRIB - the American jazz quartet bopping from Chicago, IL to Tokyo, Japan. On their first-ever East Coast tour for the release of their latest album smrtkdzmxtp, the band has been enjoying with much crossover success in the Indie Rock, Hip Hop, and Modern Jazz communities.
They are joined by local experimental duo, Kemetic Lullaby (feat. Bashi Rose and Michele Blu). Kemetic Lullaby's performances are grounded in improvisation and creating sonic connections to ancient vitalities within a modern African diasporic lens.
