Amando Houser (they/them) is a trans-masculine actor and clown born and based in NYC, hailed as “having talents that are otherworldly” (Brooklyn Rail) and a “tour de force” (Topical Cream). Their alter ego DeliaDelia! has played for sold-out crowds at Irving Plaza, Edinburgh Fringe, Union Hall, The Elysian, PhilaMOCA, The Brick, and even the Staten Island Ferry. They appeared in Becca Blackwell’s Obie Award-winning Snatch Adams and Tainty McCracken Present It’s That Time of the Month at Soho Rep—named one of Vulture’s Best Theatre of 2023, which cited Houser’s performance as “particularly funny.” A graduate of École Philippe Gaulier in France, Amando has also trained with Pig Iron Theatre Company and Julia Masli.
