The Resonance of Time

Presenting compositions inspired by time-keeping devices,  environmentalism, and movement, Pique Collective will demonstrate  different ways of experiencing familiar situations. The repetitive, yet  ever changing process of an early clock reminds us that time and passage  are not inherently the same. The sounds of familiar objects used in  unfamiliar ways can be surprisingly attractive. A single instrument  being handled by multiple musicians is both visually and aurally  stimulating.

By performing the works of Samantha Wolf,  Richard Belcastro, and Elliot Cole, Pique will create a unique  soundscape that audience members can experience at their own pace.
