NOELLE TOLBERT
Noelle is an experienced choreographer, dancer, and performance artist based in Baltimore. She is the Dance Department Chair at the Chesapeake Arts Center in Brooklyn Park and teaches dance in various styles throughout the city. Noelle views performance as a living, breathing, entity in which we all can access. Follow her work on Instagram.
