This past summer, we opened up the doors of Le Mondo Arts, our first bar and venue at 406 North Howard Street, for a soft opening period of programming.
We wanted to experiment with the potential of the space programmatically and better understand the current needs and wants of artists and community members in the city. Thanks to everyone who made our soft opening period at Le Mondo Arts a success!
We're under construction for final renovations of Le Mondo Arts and will open this bar and venue fully to the public forevermore this 2018! Sign up for updates on our progress below!

The King of Howard Street
Presented by Annex Theater
The Annex Theater closes out their 2016-2017 season with The King of Howard Street, directed by Roz Cauthen. The King of Howard Street is an ensemble-based, new theater piece written by company member Ren Pepitone and adapted from the biographical writings of Anthony Williams. Startingly beautiful, poetic, and achingly real - the play is derived from the true-life experiences of Williams and others currently living within the homeless populations of downtown Baltimore's Howard Street.
